Due to changes in tax and tariff policy in the UK that take effect January 1, 2021 we will no longer ship to the UK effective Friday December 18, 2020.
In line with Brexit the UK has revised their tax and tariff policies and will now require shippers to collect all VAT tax and tariffs at the time of sale. Sellers much register with HM Revenue and Customs office, file tax returns and make payments directly to them. Many previous exemptions have been eliminated and as a result all shipment now will have VAT applied.
Similar policies are taking effect in the EU effective July 1, 2021.
After some analysis we have determined that the cost of complying with the new rules would exceed the total value of our yearly sales into the UK. As a result we will no longer ship to the UK.
We will continue to look for affordable options to allow us to resume UK operations.
